I just saw some really cool high res video Nate shot at the Ku Ikaika Contest last week. Check it out at www.SUPSurfMag.com He even put in Tahitian drum sounding music. It’s pretty amazing people can stand up paddle surf these kinds of waves and very fun to watch. I’m bummed I missed it although I had a blast in Maui.

Thanks Evan! The event was killer, and editing the video was almost as fun and the event. I’ve watched that video so many times and I still can’t get enough of it…and it’s all a credit to the riders. It’s amazing how much stoke can be generated from even just one ride. The photos and videos that are coming through are a credit to the shapers and surfers who are absolutely ripping out there.
