Wednesday Training Group: Meeting at 5:00 PM Hawaii Kai – Topic: Stroke Tune Up

Coaching Topic: Stroke Tune Up We will review stroke technique and do some drills to work on improving stroke mechanics and efficiency. The wind will be light and we will do our regular 2 mile time trial training course, meeting at 5 pm at the boat ramp in Hawaii Kai.

Wednesday Training Group: December Schedule – No Training this Wednesday

Training is cancelled for this coming Wednesday, Dec. 10th. We plan to hold the training group the following Wednesday, Dec. 17th. Then we will take off the next two Wednesdays- Dec. 24th and 31st for the Holidays. We will be back on our regular schedule starting January 7th, 2015.
