Chuck Patterson Claims 2010 Surftech SUP Shootout

March 29, 2010 (Santa Cruz, CA) – Chuck Patterson (Dana Point, CA), won the 2nd Annual Surftech SUP Shootout at the Lane over event rookie Zane Schweitzer (Lahaina, HI), Michael Roberts (Pacific Grove, CA) and pro kiteboarder Peter Trow (Central Coast, CA) to take out his second Surftech Shootout victory in as many years.

I recently got my hands on some Surf Nano Product Board Enhancer and decided to try it out. Garry, the Jimmy Lewis distributor said I had to try it and that it was working great for riders in the mainland. The Surf Nano is a ‘Board Enhancer’ kit which comes with a bottle of ‘Board Cleaner’, a bottle of ‘Board Enhancer’, an applicator pad, microfiber finishing towel and usage instructions. The Vail Valley Foundation is proud to announce that the 9th annual Teva Mountain Games, the nation’s largest outdoor adventure event, will return to Vail, Colorado June 3 – 6, 2010 and is open for registration. After record attendance in 2009, the Games will add two new Stand Up Paddling (SUP) competitions to the roster, along with the triumphant return of the IFSC Bouldering World Cup, which hosts world-renowned climbers at the only World Cup Bouldering event on U.S .soil.

S.I.C. F-16 V2 Racing SUP Stand Up Paddle Board

The F-16 v2 is the best F series board I’ve ridden to date. After the first Hawaii Kai run, I decided that the F-16 v2 was the best planing hull F series board I had tried but after 3 sessions in various conditions I now think that it’s even better than my F-18. The board is stiffer and doesn’t have that warble feeling when riding. It catches and connects bumps with little effort.
