On Sunday, April 26th, dozens of adults and children with physical and/or developmental disabilities became Florida’s newest paddlers during an event made possible by the Challenged Athlete’s Foundation, Operation Rebound, C4 Waterman, Surf Shack surf shop and the St. Petersburg Sailing Center.
C4 Waterman Ambassador Ryan Levinson observed, “The feeling of freedom that comes from gliding across water is something that everyone can enjoy no matter what level of physical or mental ability. Judging from the expressions of the participants and volunteers it’s clear that lives were changed. It was a very good day.”
