Here’s a short clip of my 5 year old son Buddy stand up paddling on a Surftech Blacktip. This is now his favorite board. I’ve been trying to get him on other boards for a while now but this one is like standing on land so he’s comfortable.

This is a pretty funny event. What’s up with the kayak paddles?
The Surftech SUP gauntlet, the 4th stage of Transworlds Cali Rally is definitely a historic event. Ironically both something stand up paddle aficionado’s and haters alike should be able to appreciate!

I met Sam Pa’e at the Surf N Sea Demo Day and got a chance to check out his tiny stand up paddle board. I think he’s taken this in double and maybe triple overhead waves. As you will see, Sam’s not a small guy so it’s pretty unreal that he can ride this board. [...]
